Shipping and Handling

To make your shopping experience easier, every order from Artworks Jewelry is shipped UPS Ground for a flat fee of $6 shipping and handling per package. You may select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Saver for an additional fee.

Orders received by 12:00 noon PST are generally processed that same day and shipped within 2 business days. Products are usually in stock and available for shipment. Should there be an item that is not available, we will notify you via e-mail within 1 business day.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

We do not ship to destinations outside the 50 United States at this time.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.

Gift Wrap

Every order is wrapped as a gift in our signature packaging. Whether you are buying a gift for a friend, family member, or yourself, we believe everyone deserves to feel special.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you choose to return your purchase, you may do so within 30 days of receipt.

Please contact us at 1-800-637-3417 or service@artworksjewelry.com in order to receive a return authorization code and instructions for returning your item. Shipping and Handling Fees can not be refunded. While Artworks Jewelry will begin processing your return upon receipt of the items in good condition, due to processing times at your financial institution you may need to wait several billing cycles to see the credit on your account.
